Request more info at Active Shooter Response System The Detect360 Active Shooter Response (ASR) system from Johnson Controls uses acoustic sensors to detect the sound of gunfire, and advanced algorithms then confirm the sound was produced by a gun. The system displays the location of the shooter on a map-based graphical user interface (GUI), which can also display audio and video of the incident. Additionally, the system provides building occupants with safety and evacuation instructions while automatically communicating with emergency services and mass notification systems. The unit is triggered by a motion detector whenever there is movement in a room and continuously tracks the resident’s movements through the radar sensor.
